Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Project Number SD183007: Multidiscipline Consultant Services Standing Offer Agreement, Suffield, AB.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Consulting firms to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFB Suffield, Alberta.
The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select two (2) firms, who will sign Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $1,200,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $600,000.00.
The maximum value of a Call-up is $100,000.00.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
