Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Engineering Consulting Services and Technical Studies: ES003050, Inspection and Condition Assessment of Various Jetties, CFB Esquimalt, BC.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: Inspection and condition assessment work and preparation of condition assessment reports, inclusive of cost estimating.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the contracting Documents.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals on the forms that are available from MERX.com or by calling 1-800-964-6379.
