DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project PA112304 – Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repair (ITMR) of Building Mechanical Systems and Boilers for Mattawa Plains
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Minor Repair (ITMR) of the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Boiler Systems. ITMR services are to be carried out in accordance with equipment Maintenance manuals and referenced standards.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $2,250,000.00
The Work must be completed no later than 775 calendar days after notification of contract award.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
