DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project KN189917 – Inspection, Testing Maintenance, Minor Repairs and Plant Operation of Ammonia Refrigeration System
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to Inspection, testing maintenance, minor repairs and plant operation of ammonia refrigeration systems for two (2) ice rinks located at CFB Kingston.

The estimated cost for the total opportunity is in the order of $1,199,145.00
The Work for the initial period of service must be completed no later than 730 calendar days after notification of contract award.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
