The work includes, the supply of licensed heavy equipment operators, and heavy equipment in direct support to the Department of National Defence (DND) field crew implemented projects which will primarily include, but not be limited to culverts/fording projects, ditching projects, aggregate material handling and hauling, and brush clearing. The six (6) equipment categories are indicated in the DCL325 Request for Standing Offer Form.

This Standing Offer will be in place from the date of its establishment until March 31, 2019. If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Standing Offer may be extended for four (4) one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
The maximum amount that can be expended under year one of this Standing Offer is $1,000,000.00.
For each extension the maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer will be increased by $2,750,000.00.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
