RFAP – Source List for Technical Support Consultant Services, Various Locations across Canada
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in various locations in Canada.
The objective of this RFAP is to select three (3) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $3,500,000 for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased by up to a maximum of $6,000,000 at any time during the additional periods. The maximum upset limit for this SL is $9,500,000 or five (5) years whichever comes first.
The commissions under this SL will be valued between $10,000 and $100,000 to a maximum of $350,000.
The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise.
This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
