If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SLs may be extended as follows:
- SL for Region 1 (BC): for up to one (1) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $2,000,000.00 at any time.
- SL for Region 2 (AB, SK, MB): for up to one (1) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $2,000,000.00 at any time.
Commissions under the SLs are expected to be valued between $3,000.00 and $50,000.00; the maximum value of a commission is $300,000.00.
The SLs are not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
