DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – GB15002 – Demolition of Building 512, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete the demolition, removal and appropriate disposal of Building 512.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 168 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 7 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
