Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for MPEWG19 - Consultant Engineering and Scientific Review Services Standing Offer Agreement for Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut Sites.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide “as and when required” professional services in support of the investigation, remediation, monitoring, risk assessment, and management of landfill sites in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $40,000.00, up to March 31, 2020.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to five (5) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $459,500.00 at any time during the additional periods.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
