DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. IE100310 – Construction of Housing Building for the 430 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, Valcartier Garrison, Quebec
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct a new building and demolish a few existing buildings to house the 430 Tactical Helicopter Squadron. The work will have to take place by phases in order to allow the Government of Canada to use the area periodically during the construction work of the new building and the demolition work.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $5,575,000.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 530 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
