DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project DH1602 – Consolidate Unit Capabilities 1074 and Resolve Space Constraints 1076
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the construction of building 1074 and 1076 located in Richmond, Ontario.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than February 15, 2019 and must be completed no later than March 15, 2019.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
