Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Project Number NRE1801: Design and Construction - Sensitive Discussion Area for Science and Technology Enhanced Research Capability (STERC), DRDC, Toronto, ON.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Design-Build firms to provide the following services but not limited to: Preparation of a Concept and Construction Documents for the design and construction of a Sensitive Discussion Area located in Toronto, ON.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The estimated cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $420,000.00.
