Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Mechanical Engineering Consulting Services: SLD48545, Mechanical Engineering Consulting Services – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), CFB Shilo, Manitoba
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from mechanical engineering consulting firms in support of the replacement or conversion of existing R-22 refrigerant units (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or air handling units) to R-404/R-507 refrigerants to provide the following professional services: preliminary assessments, preparation of a statement of requirement or construction requirement, option analysis, preparation of concept, design development, preparation of construction documents or performance specifications, tender phase services and construction phase services et cost estimation.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The maximum estimated value of this SOA is in the order of magnitude of $100,000.00 for a period of one (1) year from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased by $100,000.00 each extension.
