Defence Construction Canada (DCC) - Request for Abbreviated Proposals: Standing Offer Agreement – Consultant and Laboratory Testing Services – HQ1206LA
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at the St-Jean Garrison in Quebec.
The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm who will sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $165,000.00 for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased by $50,000.00 at any time.
The maximum value of a commission is $30,000.00.
The SOA is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relates to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The highest ranking firm selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be selected for the SOA.
