DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project WA203002. – Contrast Baths, Richmond, ON
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to carry out construction consisting of, but not limited to, the following:
.1 Demolishing existing concrete block partition, roof curb, electrical and mechanical equipment to accommodate a new contrast baths and room layout.
.2 New contrast baths,
.3 New ventilation unit on the roof,
.4 New equipment and plumbing to support contrast baths.
.5 New electrical panels and transformer
.6 New ceilings, floor and wall finishes
.7 New structural steel frame and foundation to support contrast baths.
.8 Refer to attached designated substance survey.
.9 Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a licensed hauler and receiver for the transport and recycling of any hazardous materials.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 524,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 100 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 15 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
