DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project# IE314362 – Polar Epsilon 2 Infrastructure Support, Masstown, CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary site development including construction of a new access road to proposed antenna location, electrical conduit installation, concrete foundations for antenna and associated infrastructure, E-stop mast, antenna shelter, and fencing requirements. Also included are the upgrades to existing power, UPS and HVAC systems, the supply and installation of all interior network cabling for the project and, the construction of a new communications building to house new electrical infrastructure, all as specified in the tender documents, Masstown, CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than October 5, 2017 and must be completed no later than November 19, 2017.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Reliability Clearance, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
