The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide snow removal and ice control services for various locations around CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 983,244.18 with the option to extend for 2 additional one year periods for a total estimated value of
$2,949,732.54
This contract will be in place from November 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional periods from November 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023 and November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, under the same terms and conditions.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
