The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for the removal of existing roof down to the structural deck and replacement with a new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system, replacement of rusted exhaust hoods and roof curbs, replacement of all exterior siding, flashing, fascia, soffit, windows (operable and fixed), lighting, entry doors and hardware, temporary access equipment (scaffolding), Hazmat abatement. Building D174 located at HMC Dockyard, CFB Halifax, NS.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 330 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
