DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. GB16112_82088 – Rehabilitate Runway 15-33 & Reconstruct Taxiways Foxtrot and Papa, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL & Labrador
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to replace the existing asphalt surface of Runway 15-33 which includes the milling and placement of 100mm of new asphalt on an area of approximately 9,580 feet long by 200 feet wide and to remove and excavate below Taxiways Foxtrot and Papa from the edge of Runway 08-26 to Taxiway Delta, and reinstate and compact, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL & Labrador subgrades and place 100mm of new asphalt, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL & Labrador
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $21,395,600.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 413 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
