Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 160 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
