The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to the inspection and servicing of furnaces, boilers, water heaters, heat pumps/air conditioners, HRVs, CO/smoke detectors in Shearwater, Halifax (Willow Park) & Newport Corner, CFB Halifax , NS

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $86,604.00 with the option to extend for 2 additional one year periods for a total estimated value of $250,812.00
The Work must be completed no later than March 31, 2021.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DESIGNATED ORGANIZATION SCREENING (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
