The estimated cost for Phase 1 is estimated in the order of $6,300,000.00
The estimated cost for Phase 2 is estimated in the order of $22,500,000.00
Future Work: This project may include a second phase (Phase 2). The costs for
Phase 2 are not included in this tender and may be negotiated as a change order
to this contract. Phase 2, if added, will include the balance of the work to
complete the new addition and renovations to the existing building and will be
defined at a later stage.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 365 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents
