This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Reliability Clearance, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.[JB9]
