The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide elevator service, maintenance & inspection at various sites in CFB Halifax, NS

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $1,870,702.00 with the option to extend for 2 additional one year periods for a total estimated value of $3,400,654.00.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET or RELIABILITY, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
