This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid reliability clearance, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
