The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $130,000.00 per year with the option to extend for three additional 1-year periods at $130,000.00 per year for a total estimated value of $520,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
This contract will be in place from Notification of Award to March 31, 2023. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this contract may be extended for three (3) additional 1-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
