The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the demolition of two existing water tube boilers and the installation of three new fire tube boilers. This work also includes, but is not necessarily limited to, new fuel oil pumps, new water softening system, new roofing and new catwalks at the Central Heating Plant (CHP), building D62, located at HMS Dockyard, CFB Halifax, NS
