The College of Optometrists of British Columbia and the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia seek to enter into contract(s) with a qualified vendor to develop or adapt an online platform to support the administration of and registrant participation in the Quality Assurance Programs.

The platform will maintain for each registrant an individualized record of participation in the quality assurance program, throughout the timespan of their registration with their college.
