Additional Bidding Instructions

Tenders must be submitted to the Town of Carleton Place electronically via email to Guy Bourgon (gbourgon@carletonplace.ca) with “PW2-2023 Tender Submission – Company Name” clearly identified in the subject line.
Tenders will be opened at the Carleton Place Town Hall at 10:05 a.m. local time on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023. Bidders will receive a written summary of submissions within 24 hours of the opening.
The Tender must be legible, and ALL ITEMS MUST BE BID, where stipulated, with the unit price for every item and other entries clearly shown.
