Description

The Town of Erin will receive Quotations for square metre hot mix repairs various locations in the Village of Erin the Village of Hillsburgh. The quotation is to be submitted no later than September 12th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. to the attention of Greg Delfosse, Road Superintendent. See attached maps for project locations. “The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted”.

The Project shall be based on approximately 4500m2 and shall include all labour, material and equipment necessary to perform the following:

HL3 Overlay @ 40mm ($/m2)
Butt Joint/Edge Grind Construction ($/m) based on 0.60 – 1.0m width

*Tack coat to be included at all areas

Sweeper Hourly, stating minimum

All traffic control to be included as per Book 7 –Field Edition of the Ontario Traffic Manual.
Repair locations will be determined based on budget available.
Quotations may be submitted by email, fax or regular mail. Please ensure that the Quote is on company letterhead showing an HST number.
Proposals received after the closing time will be rejected and returned unopened to the proponent. The Town of Erin reserves the right to dismiss any or all quotations at their sole discretion. The lowest quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
