Description

Installation of new commercial elevator, servicing the ground level and basement level.

Provide all necessary labour, materials, and equipment required to renovate the Town Hall Building in order to add a barrier-free elevator, providing access from the first floor to basement.

Work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and/or drawings.

The Limited Use Limited Application elevator will consist of a roped hydraulic tower with a lifting platform, with a rated load of 1400 lbs, a rated speed of 25 f.p.m., and a travel feet of 25 feet.

Contractor shall refer to A. Fazel Architect Inc.'s specifications and drawings for Project Scope of Work and full review of work to be completed.
