Description

This Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) is an invitation by Cornwall Community Hospital (“CCH”) on to prospective Contractors to submit Bids for a renovation of one room in each of the following spaces: JMP Level 1 and Critical Care. The selected Contractor pursuant to the IFB will be required to provide a team qualified personnel to deliver the required services and within the specified time frame. It is the intent to award both rooms to same contractor. Each project will be timed as following.

JMP Isolation Room – Project start: March 2019 (approved)
Note that due to special funding, the hospital has pre-ordered the HVAC system and two (2) hand wash sinks with faucets.

Critical Care – Project start: June 2019* conditional upon financial approval in 2019/20 fiscal year. Contractor will confirm the financial impact of project start in 2020/21 fiscal year.
