This Request is issued for the purpose of seeking introductions from Architectural firms, or individuals, who may, in the near future, be invited to submit proposals for services.

In the evaluation process, strong emphasis will be placed on the experience of the firm/individuals on the subject of hospital and community mental health environments.

Submission shall provide any information which specifically addresses these areas.

Cornwall Community Hospital plans to redesign spaces within its Mental Health department with a focus on patient and staff safety.

In order to be considered, the firm and individuals must demonstrate strong healthcare experience, meaning that the experience with mental health environments is available at the staff and company level.

Future services may span from impromptu consultations to request to bid on redesign services for small or larger spaces.
