Confederation College invites complete Proposals from qualified Proponents capable of supplying, implementing and supporting an all-in-one Payment Gateway Solution System that integrates with the College’s existing technical environment. Qualified Proponents should submit their Proposals for Payment Gateway Solution Software in accordance with the Instructions to Proponents, Confederation College Standard Terms and Conditions, Specifications and Requirements, Proposal Form & Pricing Schedule, and any other Provision contained in this RFP.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Considering that the Payment Gateway Solution System Software will be critical to the College’s operation, the College has defined minimum past experience criteria for Proponents to qualify.

The Proponents must have implemented and operated Payment Gateway Solution System for a customer, covering a period of at least 24 continuous months in the last 3 years leading up to the RFP closing date.
