Conestoga College wishes to engage with communications and marketing professionals who have experience and demonstrated success with Canadian post-secondary institutions to:

• Develop a Student Affairs sub-brand, in alignment with the Conestoga brand, that aligns with the college’s approach to student services and the student life cycle as well as the needs of employees who support students
• Conduct a Student Affairs service review to gain a thorough understanding of areas of service
• Conduct primary research via survey, focus groups, etc. to gather information directly from stakeholders as well as gathering secondary research as available to inform the proposed plan
• Conduct a comprehensive communication audit, including review of existing web content approaches, social media, marketing assets, logos, etc., as it applies to Student Affairs
• Recommend an overall Student Affairs sub-brand and communication strategy, including where and how to present information to current students as it relates to their access of services and engagement opportunities
• Create a draft website architecture for a new layout of Student Affair service information, access to services and associated resources.
