The intent of the project is to engage a Building Envelop Consultant to investigate and to evaluate the existing condition of the entire roof system which includes asphalt shingles system and EPDM roof covering at B25010 – OPP Detachment – Wasaga Beach to establish an accurate phased repair or replacement program to extend or defer the replacement of the roofing system with a complete replacement assessment costs for each of the options should be itemized on a timeline for optimized logistics on site. All roofing structure(s) and framing should be included in scope. Structural, insulation, roofing envelope, ventilation in soffit (not up to code), etc
