Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of a Structural Engineer.

230125-274625 - Structural Study:
•   EC Drury School, B12325 (A1 & A2) & B12330 (L)
•   Location: 255 Ontario St S, Milton, ON
•   The intent of the project is to determine the deficiencies currently existing with structural systems including but not limited to slabs, footings, columns, beams, joists, trusses, staircases, load bearing/ retaining walls, perimeter drainage/ grading, waterproofing, another structural steel/ concrete component etc. at EC Drury Provincial School (B12325) including the two (2) buildings: Senior School, B12325 (A1 & A2) and Sports Building, B12330 (L).
•   The studies to be completed by a certified structural engineer and/or by other specialists to identify deficiency (current deficiencies and potential deficiencies based on study findings), provide life expectancies of each structural system, provide options and recommendations for future repairs/ replacements that will remedy the deficiencies and respective cost estimate.
