Description

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a General Contractor to deliver the demolition scope.

The scope of work comprises abatement and demolition of all buildings and structures located at the Project Site, in addition to select hardscape and paved surfaces and identified trees on Site. The Contractor shall perform the project scope of work in accordance with the construction drawings and technical specifications enclosed, municipal and provincial regulations, and technical standards, in addition to the Owner’s Engineer’s On-Site directions.

The backfilling and reinstatement of the Site, following completion of demolition activities, is also included as part of this project scope of work.

Event Note

Bidders shall attend the mandatory visit of the Place of the Work and ensure they register their name, title and company name with Colliers’ representative. Failure to attend and to register will result in the Bidder’s Second Stage Proposal not being accepted.

The visit to the Place of the Work will commence on November 12, 2024, at 11:00 am EST at the site Thistletown Regional Centre, 51 Panorama Court, Toronto, ON. Bidders are to meet with Colliers’ representative in the Parking Lot. Colliers PM cell number 437.232.9219
