Description

Colliers Project Leaders is looking for a Engineering to act as Prime Consultant for the building envelope study is to review and evaluate the condition, and factors effecting the condition of the building’s envelope, including Exterior Wall Cladding, Exterior Doors, Windows and Roof Covering systems within Travel Information Centre (B25379). The study will include a review of the main components, as well as caulking, flashing and general building performance from basic water tightness to more comprehensive thermal efficiency to plan a long-term maintenance program that addresses the specific needs and condition of the building envelope. Consultant shall provide a report detailing the existing Steel Frame with Metal Siding including all its related equipment/components, its condition, and recommend optimal mitigation strategy (repair or renewal) options that will align with the 10-year capital plan. 21 Mapleview Drive East, Barrie, ON L4N 9H5
