Develop a comprehensive understanding of the road and stormwater management infrastructure needs across We'koqma'q First Nation community. Deliverable is an asset inventory and capital plan which incorporates the community's maintenance and capital project requirements with regards to roas and stormwater management assets. In addition, the RFP is seeking engineering services to perform and inspection and assessment of an existing dam with the purpose of developing a decommissioning plan.

Proposals must be sent by e-mail to the Janice Kennedy janice.kennedy@colliersprojectleaders.com. Proposals are to be submitted in two
separate pdf files. The first pdf document shall be titled “WFN – Community Infrastructure Upgrades and Capital
Planning – Technical Proposal”. This document shall include the documents outlined in the Submission Requirements
excluding any information related to pricing. The second pdf file shall be titled “WFN – Community Infrastructure
Upgrades and Capital Planning – Cost Proposal” and shall contain the cost of services form found in Appendix I and
shall be password protected. All other proposal requirements are to be found within the RFP.
