Anishinabe of Wauzhushk Onigum Nation is located 3km Southeast of the City of Kenora on the Nothern shore of the Lake of the Woods and it is served by two communal Water Treatments Systems, the Second Portage Water Treatment Plant and the Bald Indian Bay Water Treatment Plant. The scope of work is to provide site investigation, design and engineering services, contract administration and resident inspection for the complete development of the Water and Wastewater Systems Upgrades Project.
