Description

Four (4) hard copies of the complete Proposal must be received before the Closing Date and Time. All copies are to be bound. In addition to the required hard copies, a digital version in PDF format must also be included on a USB memory stick.
The entire package (4 hard copies and 1 digital version) are to be submitted in one (1) package clearly labelled on the outside “Proposal Envelope”. The outside of the package must also include the Proponent’s name, address, telephone number, RFP Number and the Closing Date and Time.
