It is the intent of Shoal Lake 40 First Nation (SL40) in partnership with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) to prequalify a list of General Contractors for the construction of a new Prevention building and garage located in Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, Ontario. Following analysis of the submissions to this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ), by the Evaluation Subcommittee a shortlist of qualified General Contractors will be invited to submit formal bids for the project in March 2024. The preliminary construction start date will be May 2024, with occupancy required by September 2025. The issue of the final tender and contract award is dependent on project funding.
