The Township of Asphodel-Norwood (the Owner) is planning to build an addition to the existing
Community Centre using the Design-Build procurement method. The addition is planned to include a fitness area, fitness studio for classes, change rooms/washrooms and storage spaces. The proposed addition is envisioned to be single storey addition connecting to the faces of the existing Community Centre that currently includes washrooms, canteen, vestibule, and multi-purpose room.
