Description

Colliers Project Leaders, on behalf of the Owner Group (The Public Schools Finance Board and Pembina Trails School Division), are issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to qualified firms, interested in providing design-build services for the design and construction of two new schools. The schools will be located on a 25-acre site at 396 Cadboro Road in Area B Waverley West Subdivision, Winnipeg, Manitoba. One design-build team will be awarded a contract to design and construct both schools simultaneously.

Submission Packages must contain:
- One (1) emailed electronic copy.
Submission Packages shall be delivered electronically via email to the email address below no later than 2:00:00 pm local (Winnipeg) time according to Google on October 15, 2018.
