The objective of this Notice of RFP is to notify interested respondents (each a “Respondent”) of the initiation of the procurement process for the Project and invite such Respondents to apply for qualification to participate in the request for proposal (“RFP”) process. In order to qualify to participate in the RFP process, Respondents must satisfy the security clearance, sponsorship and registration process conducted by the Contract Security Program (“CSP”) (formerly referred to as the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate), which registration process is herein referred to as the “CSP Qualification Process”.
