Description

The First Nation communities of Bloodvein, Little Grand Rapids and Poplar River are planning the
construction of new schools, site development and associated works with an estimated construction
budget of approximately $65,000,000. The communities are working in partnership and intend to have
these school facilities delivered as a bundle.
The intention of this Expression of Interest is to communicate initial information regarding the new
school projects and develop interest from design-build firms. No proposal or pricing is required at this
time. This Expression of Interest does not create any obligation on any First Nation or its agents, ISC,
or the firm responding. A response to this Expression of Interest is not required for further
involvement in the project.
