Description

This Project involves the abatement and demolition of the former Sherwood Public School at 39 St Francis Memorial Drive in Barry’s Bay, Ontario, in preparation for redevelopment of Valley Manor Long Term Care. The school is a single-story building of approximately 17,000 sq.ft., originally constructed in 1957 with additions completed in 1972 and 1988. Decommissioning and removal of an underground fuel storage tank, as well as decommissioning of groundwater monitoring wells, is included.
