The Design-Build of this Youth Centre Facility is intended to provide a safe and culturally appropriate environment for community youth to socially mature. The proposed Youth Centre facility would be approximately 800 square metres (8,610 square feet) and will include indoor and outdoor activities as listed in the RFP document.

Proposals received on or after the Closing Date and Time will not be considered.
Emails should be clearly marked in the subject line with “Attawapiskat Youth Centre – DesignBuild
Services” and the Proponent name.
This RFP is being conducted to reflect use of a two (2)envelope system to separate the review of
technical and financial components. The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal must
therefore be submitted as separate PDF files that are clearly marked “Technical Proposal –
Proponent name” and “Financial Proposal – Proponent name”.
