Description

Cambrian College is seeking Offers from qualified vendors to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement for the supply and delivery of a variety of steel supplies ("Goods") for Cambrian’s welding program on an as-needed basis.
The College uses Standing Offer Agreements in order to establish and ensure open competition, create order efficiencies, and to ensure we get the best value for the College for procurements of standard goods and services that may be required on a continuous basis.
Vendor of Record (VOR) status will be awarded to all Offerors who meet mandatory requirements within this RFSO. All VOR’s will have an opportunity to provide pricing when the College requires Goods by initiating a call-up.
